Communication is the most under estimated aspect of team based games. People usually over look the aspect of communication because they believe that skill comes first which is completely wrong. In fact the only time overall skill comes before communication is if it is not in the equation at all, like in 1v1 or free for all gametypes.

The original Final Boss had the best teamwork and communication in MLG history.
